240 Lake Drive, East Hampton

Lake Drive in East Hampton is the site of MHFH’s 18th House Build. The land was generously donated to MHFH after a previous house was demolished due to its state of disrepair. Construction commenced in October 2022 and was successfully completed in June 2023. This compact, single-story, four-bedroom, two-bathroom house adheres to Energy Star standards, boasting energy-efficient features such as effective insulation, efficient heating equipment, Energy Star-qualified lighting and appliances, and a roof positioned to facilitate potential installation of solar panels.
