Cromwell ReStore reopened on Wednesday, June 3 at 10 am

We were so excited to welcome everyone back to the ReStore!

To ensure a safe environment that protects everyone’s health and wellness, please adhere to the following policies when visiting our store:

Ways we are enforcing social distancing:

Loading Merchandise: We will no longer load vehicles. Please ensure you have help to load your purchases. Unless noted, all merchandise loading will occur in front of the store. We will only provide loading assistance in no-contact situations (for example: loading an oven into the back of a truck).

Donation Drop Off: ReStore stall will accept drop off donations on Wednesday-Saturday, from 11 am – 2 pm. Donations will only be taken in the rear of the store. We ask donors to please unload donations onto the carts and tables provided. Our goal is for donation drop-offs to be contactless, however, if you need unloading assistance, please maintain six feet between staff members. Please do not leave donations at the front of the store.

Donation Pickups Resume: ReStore donation pickups will resume within the next few weeks. When pickups resume, in order to maintain social distancing, ReStore staff will not be permitted to go into homes to retrieve donations. Please leave donations outside (weather permitting) or in a garage. Staff reserves the right to decline pickups onsite if safety requirements are not met. Please maintain a six-foot distance if contact with our staff is necessary.

Volunteer Opportunities: To protect our community, volunteering opportunities at the ReStore will be limited to established, long-term volunteers.

Thank you for your continued support!
