Donation Pick Up Request Form

Please note that the ReStore is open Tuesday-Saturday and our donation hotline is monitored Tuesday-Friday. A donation pick-up request can be made via our online form below, by visiting the store, and/or via phone: 860-398-6488. We will respond to requests in the order they were received. We are typically scheduling pick-ups 1-2 weeks out. Thank you for thinking of Middlesex Habitat for Humanity.
