Construction
Middlesex Habitat For Humanity Of CT, Inc. offers volunteer opportunities for you to help with all aspects of home building. You do not need to be an expert in construction to help out on a work site. There are many tasks that require only a willingness to learn and work with others. If you do have special construction skills, you may want to consider becoming a Crew leader or Site Supervisor. All volunteers on the construction site must be at least 16 years of age. Sixteen and seventeen year-olds may work but must have one adult supervisor per four teenagers.
Habitat work days are usually held on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Please complete the On-Line Volunteer Registration . Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to schedule you for a specific Saturday. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (860) 343-9179 or Contact Us Via Email .
We use the information you provide in the Registration to help you determine where your skill would best help us, or to provide you with information on available volunteer opportunities so you can choose where you would like to help out. The information you provide to us is never shared with any other organization or company. Please review our Privacy Policy on this website for additional information.
