ReStore ![]() The truck is stopping at Liberty Bank locations in August!
![]() Donate building materials to help renovate affordable housing for low-income families During August, Liberty Bank is partnering with Middlesex Habitat for Humanity to get ready for the fall opening of Habitat’s new ReStore in Cromwell! What is a ReStore? A Habitat ReStore collects donations of new or like-new building materials, appliances, furniture, cabinetry and household items, which are then sold to the public at below-market prices. Habitat invests the profits in the construction and renovation of houses for low-income families. It’s a win-win for everybody! How can I help? You can donate in two ways:
•Drop off your donation of new or gently used building materials, appliances, furniture, and household items for the ReStore. Here’s the schedule of when and where you can find the ReStore truck ready to accept them at a Liberty Bank branch: •Purchase “ReStore Bucks” for $1 each at any of our Middlesex County branches between August 2 - 28: Clinton, Cromwell, Deep River, Durham, East Hampton, Essex, Haddam, Higganum, Middletown, Middlefield, Moodus, Old Saybrook and Portland. Your donations will go toward the costs of operating the ReStore. Look for the opening of the Habitat ReStore in Cromwell this fall! For more information, contact: Middlesex Habitat for Humanity at (860) 343-9179 or www.habitatmiddlesex.org. Thanks!
